Material Support Services Representative (LTA) (Aerospace)

Location: Full-time onsite at the Matacán Military Air Base in Salamanca, Spain; the position is associated with the Getafe area.

What you will do

• Act as the primary onsite liaison between Airbus and the military customer at Matacán.
• Execute material support services for spares, airborne ground equipment, repairs, and integrated support services under the DCare contract.
• Coordinate customer maintenance units with internal supply chain and engineering teams, using MRO expertise.
• Monitor fleet material readiness, identify supply gaps, and implement solutions to minimize operational impact.
• Track KPIs and service levels, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with contractual and military requirements.
• Resolve material-related issues onsite and escalate high-impact challenges to headquarters.

Requirements

• Full-time onsite presence at the Matacán Military Air Base in Salamanca, Spain.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, contract management, or supply chain operations.
• Understanding of material support models, logistics, and aviation regulatory frameworks.
• MRO experience is highly valued for managing DCare requirements.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
