Customer Logistics Manager NH90 (Temporary)

What you will do

• Act as the focal point for NH90 spare-parts orders between customers, Airbus Helicopters España, and NHI.
• Manage customer orders for spare parts and associated ground equipment, including contract tracking and status reporting.
• Coordinate with NHI, equipment suppliers, NH90 spare-parts managers, material-support specialists, and internal departments to ensure deliveries.
• Analyze spare-parts order books, provisioning plans, reports, data discrepancies, and operational problems.
• Control warehouse readiness and coordinate spare-parts interventions and receptions with customers according to schedule and budget forecasts.
• Improve customer satisfaction by anticipating needs, fulfilling contractual commitments, and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

• Degree or master's degree in economics or management.
• Experience in customer-oriented roles and material support.
• Knowledge of supply chain, business and finance management, continuous-improvement methods, and aeronautics standards.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Ability to work in an international, multicultural, and cross-functional environment.
• Autonomy, rigor, analytical ability, initiative, and strong communication skills.

• French or German language skills.
