In-Stock Team Leader

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, train, and provide performance feedback to In-Stock Specialists.
• Oversee stock monitoring, replenishment, allocation, and daily inventory management activities.
• Analyze sales data, inventory reports, and demand forecasts to identify stock-outs and overstock risks.
• Develop strategies to improve inventory turns, reduce obsolescence, and increase product availability.
• Coordinate with procurement, merchandising, and logistics teams to resolve supply chain issues.
• Monitor inventory KPIs, implement process improvements, and report team and inventory performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or a similar role, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a team.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, SQL, or similar inventory management software.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles, forecasting techniques, and supply chain dynamics.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
