Commercial Banking Client Support Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL; local candidates based in Chicago or surrounding Chicagoland areas are being considered.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and location.

What you will do

• Deliver client service and manage relationships across an assigned specialty deposits portfolio.
• Process wires, cashier’s checks, internal transfers, account maintenance changes, and other daily client requests.
• Validate transactions, obtain delegated approvals, and support loan advances within relationship manager portfolios.
• Review loan and deposit transactions, provide account information, and make daily overdraft decisions.
• Act as a liaison between clients, relationship managers, operations, and internal support teams.
• Identify and escalate fraud incidents and unusual transactions in accordance with fraud management and AML procedures.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified U.S. location.
• A valid U.S. work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Strong client service, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, multitasking, and sound decision-making.
• Ability to maintain accurate client information and apply commercial banking products, pricing, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to support regulatory compliance, fraud detection, and AML escalation activities.
