Salary: $54,000.00–$70,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Take ownership of priority queries, workflows, and projects across third-party interfaces.
• Resolve breaks through investigation and communication with third parties, vendors, and prime brokers.
• Review daily and monthly operational activities and address reconciliation issues involving vendor and prime broker data.
• Collaborate with clients, Account Management, Interfaces Product, Interfaces Testing, Sales, Onboarding, and other internal teams.
• Design workflows for interfaces that transport trade, position, risk, and analytics data to and from Enfusion.
• Contribute to process improvement, team building, and communication of key product insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management at all levels.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Self-driven approach, fast learning ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage operational responsibilities while contributing to technical problem solving.

Nice to have

• Experience at a fund administrator, financial company, prime broker, custodian, or asset manager.
• Familiarity with asset classes and financial instruments including equities, options, futures, FX, fixed income, CDS, and total return swaps.
• Understanding of portfolio management, trading, and reconciliation workflows in a middle-office environment.
