What you will do

• Drive regional growth across GCC markets, owning the full marketing mix and performance analysis.
• Lead localization efforts, adapting communication assets for cultural and language relevance.
• Optimize digital performance across Meta, Google, Snap, and affiliate channels.
• Identify, negotiate, and activate partnerships with regional influencers and sports clubs.
• Plan and execute offline activations to elevate brand presence and generate product experiences.
• Conduct market analysis, identifying regional trends and competitive activity.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or project management for a high-growth D2C brand.
• Proven track record managing both offline activations and digital performance campaigns.
• Based in Dubai with deep understanding of regional consumer behaviors; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Exceptional communicator with a proactive mindset.
• Strong brand affinity with a local network in sports, wellness, biohacking, and tech communities.
• Self-starter who excels at building initiatives from scratch with minimal oversight.
