Finance Professional (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payments, employee expenses, corporate cards, and accounting records.
• Manage banking and payment operations, cash visibility, and short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting.
• Lead key parts of monthly and year-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, consolidation support, and management reporting.
• Manage customer contract accounting, revenue recognition, billing reconciliations, and coordination with Sales and Customer Success.
• Coordinate tax filings, statutory compliance, external audits, and finance partners across multiple jurisdictions.
• Own NetSuite and other finance systems while improving controls, automation, and AI-enabled finance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close, financial reporting, balance-sheet reconciliations, and audit requirements.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP, with the ability to work across both frameworks.
• Experience with revenue recognition, customer contract accounting, and billing, preferably in a SaaS, technology, or subscription business.
• Experience with Singapore GST, corporate tax, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, ERP experience, and proficiency in English; direct NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
