Senior Business Analyst (Medtech)

Location: Hybrid role based at Aperia Annex, Singapore

Company

Develops medical devices, software, and related services for diagnosing and treating serious cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions, serving healthcare, emergency services, public safety, and military customers worldwide.

What you will do

• Analyse financial data and build models for forecasting, trending, performance analysis, and long-range planning.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, presentations, budgets, and variance analyses for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Track KPIs, identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide guidance on cost reduction and operational improvement.
• Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, month-end close activities, and ad hoc analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate the financial impact of business initiatives.
• Mentor less experienced analysts and provide subject-matter leadership within the FP&A team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7–9 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Experience presenting financial insights to non-financial audiences in fast-paced, multinational, or matrixed environments.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, modelling, and automation.
• Knowledge of GAAP, financial governance, and controls, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, or Crystal Reports.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• CIMA or ACCA qualification.
