Senior Business Analyst, JAPAC

What you will do

• Build financial models for forecasting, trending, performance analysis, and long-range planning.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, presentations, budgets, and variance analyses for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Track KPIs, interpret financial statements, and communicate operational and financial impacts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting cycles, month-end close activities, ad hoc analysis, and special projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost reduction and operational improvement opportunities.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide financial guidance to project teams and functional leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7–9 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related field.
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and presenting insights to non-financial audiences.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, modeling, and automation.
• Knowledge of GAAP, financial governance, and controls; experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Crystal Reports, or similar financial systems.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or CIMA or ACCA qualification.
• Experience in fast-paced, multinational, or matrixed environments.
