HR Operations & Analytics Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Build HR analytics for headcount, turnover, and engagement, turning raw data into actionable insights.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports for HR decision-making.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement automations that reduce routine work.
• Manage the HR budget by consolidating data from multiple sources into a clean structure.
• Conduct HR research and surveys, analyze results, and prepare recommendations.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or a related role.
• Confident use of Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar.
• Experience working with an HRMS and a systems-thinking approach to HR processes.
• Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity.
• Proactive, methodical, and comfortable working through complex and unclear problems.

Nice to have

• Full-cycle HRIS implementation experience, including setup, testing, integration, and user training.
• Experience with Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Google Apps Script.
• Understanding of hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
