Transformation and Change Management Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid (remote/office) in Germany, with locations listed in Berlin, Erlangen, and Hamburg

What you will do

• Lead the people and organizational aspects of AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute change strategies that improve business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and behavioral adoption.
• Establish and continuously improve standardized change management frameworks, tools, governance, and success measures.
• Integrate change activities into deployment plans with rollout leads, business leaders, and AI product teams.
• Define and monitor adoption, readiness, risk, and value-realization metrics across rollout waves.
• Identify adoption barriers, consolidate lessons learned, and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Organizational Development, or a similar field.
• Extensive experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, Organizational Development, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience with IT tool implementations such as SAP Ariba or Workday.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs across functions, regions, and business units.
• Experience driving adoption of technologies, digital solutions, and automation initiatives, including training and communication materials.
• Fluent German and English at C2 level required.
