Partner Marketing Manager

Location: Fully home-based in the United States; must be located in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR and live and work in the United States. Occasional attendance at hirify.global sites and quarterly travel may be required.

Annual salary: $175,620–$247,930 USD.

What you will do

• Lead co-marketing initiatives and integrated 4P go-to-market strategies with Microsoft and hirify.global sales teams.
• Develop full-funnel, multi-region, and global campaigns across the investment portfolio.
• Build co-branded campaigns, product messaging, and competitive marketing content.
• Manage partner participation requirements and strategic business opportunities.
• Guide partners in using Market Development Funds and ensure compliance with program guidelines.
• Measure marketing spend, return on investment, and campaign performance, reporting insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a global sales or marketing organization.
• Experience executing global co-marketing programs and campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing metrics analysis and actionable insight generation.
• Experience managing Market Development Funds and strategic partner relationships.
• Must be located in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR and work from the United States.
