Account Executive, Mid-Market (DACH)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; required to work in person from the Amsterdam office. Reddit offers a relocation package.

What you will do

• Own a book of business, including strategic planning, revenue forecasting, quota attainment, and operational rigor.
• Generate advertising revenue from direct advertisers and agencies across the DACH region.
• Develop and execute sales plans, lead client meetings, and manage strategic client conversations.
• Advise clients on Reddit’s advertising suite, identify expansion opportunities, and guide deals through to close.
• Implement and optimize performance-driven and awareness campaigns with account strategists.
• Analyze campaign data, communicate client feedback, and improve sales processes, products, and team efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in online media sales, preferably with platform experience.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape across the DACH region and experience in advertising sales, account management, or paid social campaign management.
• Fluent German and English required.
• Experience monitoring campaign performance, performing optimizations, and developing strategic recommendations.
• Experience using Excel or Google Sheets, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights.
• Understanding of the customer marketing funnel, digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
