AI and ML Engineer

What you will do

• Design, implement, optimize, and tune machine learning and artificial intelligence models.
• Develop scalable pipelines for model training, validation, inference, and real-time data integration.
• Deploy models to cloud or on-premises production environments with high reliability, low latency, and scalability.
• Apply MLOps practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, automated retraining, and model registry management.
• Partner with data engineering, data science, software engineering, and product teams to align solutions with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architecture and team best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, or a related field; a PhD is preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, statistics, probability, linear algebra, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, ETL tools, cloud platforms—preferably AWS—and production-scale model deployment.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI, plus strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
