Senior Machine Learning Engineer (AI)

Location: Poland; remote or office work available.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable machine learning services, data pipelines, and cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Productionize AI, Computer Vision, NLP, and predictive modeling solutions with a focus on reliability, performance, and observability.
• Develop end-to-end ML solutions covering data preparation, feature engineering, model deployment, monitoring, and continuous validation.
• Build maintainable, well-tested software and contribute to cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and CI/CD processes.
• Document architectures, operational procedures, and engineering guidelines while participating in code reviews and technical discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong commercial experience in machine learning engineering and software development, including production-ready ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AWS-based applications and machine learning systems.
• Strong Python skills and knowledge of testing, code reviews, observability, and CI/CD.
• Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks, preferably PyTorch, as well as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, scalable data processing, Agile development, and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Production experience with Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, or forecasting solutions.
• Familiarity with vLLM, Triton Inference Server, TorchServe, MLflow, or Weights & Biases.
• Experience optimizing inference with quantization, ONNX, or TensorRT.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Insurance.
• Experience using AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
