Multi-Domain Technology Demonstrator Manager (System of Systems)

Location: Getafe Area, Spain; onsite and co-located with hirify.global divisions. Sporadic travel at national and European level is required.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end technical, programmatic, and planning execution of high-value multi-domain demonstrators up to TRL 6–7.
• Integrate manned helicopters, unmanned aerial systems, ground command and control stations, tactical cloud connectivity, and sensor suites into System of Systems architectures.
• Ensure data fusion and real-time tactical situational awareness across air-ground systems.
• Coordinate government entities, public authorities, operational units, technology partners, and hirify.global engineering organisations.
• Manage public funding strategy, project schedules, audit deliverables, and coordination with funding bodies.
• Transition matured R&T technologies into core R&D product programs while protecting generated knowledge and intellectual property.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience in aeronautical program management.
• Proven experience leading complex systems, multi-domain demonstrators, or System of Systems architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of SoS engineering, air-ground interoperability, mission systems architecture, tactical connectivity, and sensor fusion.
• Experience managing high-value technology projects, including budgets, schedules, risks, and public-private funding audits.
• Native or fluent Spanish and negotiation-level English required.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across government, public authority, operator, and technology-partner ecosystems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of helicopter EOS and payload integration.
• Knowledge of Guidance, Navigation, and Control systems.
• Experience with dual-use technologies across civil and defense environments.
