Presales Delivery Service Designer (Aviation)

Location: Amman, Jordan; Madrid, Spain; or Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid work is available, including work from home up to 2 days per week depending on team needs. A Flex-Location benefit allows working from another location for up to 30 days per year.

What you will do

• Design and cost delivery solutions for standard, customized, and large or complex projects.
• Represent Delivery in bid processes, including customer communications, presentations, discussions, and negotiations.
• Define project and delivery management components of customer solutions in coordination with bid managers.
• Prepare customer-facing proposals, contractual documents, delivery options, timelines, schedules, and country-specific variations.
• Develop and issue RFPs to service partners and support supplier selection, contract negotiation, and service-level agreements.
• Define integrated delivery models and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in the airport or airline industry, service design, delivery activities, or the IT and services industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in bid support or presales service design for internal or external customers.
• Experience with service solution design, IT, service management, and end-to-end supply chains.
• Knowledge of service design processes, bid management, project management, supplier relationship management, and business analysis.
• Degree-level education or equivalent work experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
