Marketplace Executive (Ecommerce)

THG is a global ecommerce group operating beauty and sports nutrition businesses, including LOOKFANTASTIC and a marketplace featuring more than 1,300 third-party beauty brands.

What you will do

• Manage daily marketplace activity across TikTok Shop Seller Centre and Deliveroo, including products, pricing, stock, promotions, campaigns, and trading plans.
• Support TikTok Shop creator and affiliate activity through outreach, product sampling, incentives, and performance tracking.
• Execute commercial campaigns around Black Friday, seasonal events, platform-led events, and key trading moments.
• Monitor sales, orders, AOV, conversion, traffic, creator performance, and campaign results across both platforms.
• Produce performance reports, identify risks and opportunities, and translate data into commercial actions.
• Build relationships with TikTok Shop and Deliveroo account managers and coordinate with brands and internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, digital trading, or a similar commercial environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including confidence working with large datasets.
• Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and commercial skills.
• Interest in social commerce, creator commerce, quick commerce, and digital retail.

Nice to have

• Understanding of TikTok Shop and Deliveroo platforms.
