Ecommerce Manager (UK) (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Own day-to-day UK ecommerce trading performance and deliver revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop trading plans, promotional calendars, campaigns, and product launches across nutrition, supplements, and activewear.
• Optimise mobile and desktop customer journeys, merchandising, landing pages, checkout, local payment options, and delivery messaging.
• Analyse revenue, margin, conversion, average order value, retention, customer behaviour, campaign results, and market performance.
• Produce reporting with actionable recommendations and monitor competitors, promotions, and fitness and sports nutrition trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, creative, technical, acquisition, influencer, operations, and customer service teams.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital trading, or online retail.
• Experience trading across UK markets and understanding regional shopping behaviours and key commercial moments.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce KPIs, conversion rate optimisation, customer journeys, and digital performance.
• Experience with Shopify, Magento, or a similar ecommerce platform, plus Google Analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, commercial, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work fully from the Manchester office. Experience delivering localised Arabic and English content, product pages, and campaigns is required for the role.
