What you will do
- Proactively contact customers by phone and email to collect required KYC and POA documentation.
- Validate submitted documents and identify potential cancellation risks for escalation to Account Managers.
- Maintain accurate customer, document, and lead information in the CRM system.
- Reconnect with previous leads to assess renewed interest and update opportunity statuses.
- Flag re-engaged leads for follow-up by the sales team and support administrative coordination.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort communicating with customers and internal stakeholders by phone and email.
- Ability to manage documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up activities accurately.
- Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
