AI Software Engineer - Investments Technology

What you will do

• Build and maintain end-to-end AI solutions covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Develop dashboards and integrate large language models and foundation models into product features.
• Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, MCP Servers, and RAG architecture.
• Design and build agentic workflows, web dashboards, and backend APIs with fixed income business users.
• Write clean, tested, and documented code following engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and maintain production applications in collaboration with Application Support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related quantitative field.
• 1–2+ years of professional software development experience or experience building and deploying AI solutions in production.
• Proficiency in Python, AI and agentic frameworks, FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP Servers, and RAG systems.
• Understanding of data structures, data pipelines, SQL databases, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake.
• Software engineering fundamentals including Git, CI/CD, testing, and Docker-based containerization.
• Existing right to work in the United Kingdom without current or future sponsorship is required.

• Knowledge of fixed income markets or a related financial sector.
