Tooling Adoption & Enablement Expert (Jira)

What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert for Jira and Kiplot adoption across the change community.
• Deliver training, coaching, drop-in sessions and practical clinics for users with different levels of experience.
• Provide hands-on support during tooling implementation and embedment.
• Develop guidance, FAQs, learning materials and reusable training assets.
• Establish a train-the-trainer model and build a network of capable tooling champions.
• Partner with change, delivery, transformation and tooling stakeholders to improve adoption and support new functionality.

Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of Jira, ideally in change, transformation, portfolio or delivery environments.
• Experience training, coaching or enabling users rather than only administering technology.
• Strong understanding of adoption and behavioural change.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, accessible language.
• Confidence working with users ranging from beginners to senior leaders.
• Experience developing learning materials and delivering group and one-to-one coaching.
