Finance Transformation Lead (Xero)

What you will do

• Lead a broad finance transformation programme covering systems, processes, controls, reporting, and organisational culture.
• Review, document, and improve core finance and business processes.
• Review the finance systems environment and lead the potential transition from Dynamics to Xero.
• Introduce an effective purchase-to-pay process and system to improve expenditure control and visibility.
• Review cash and treasury management, including the more effective management of cash held in the bank.
• Work with senior leaders to embed finance in commercial and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Track record in finance transformation, process improvement, or systems change.
• Experience building, improving, or professionalising finance processes and controls.
• Strong finance systems knowledge, ideally including implementation or migration experience.
• Experience improving purchase-to-pay, cash management, and wider finance processes.
• Ability to translate financial information into clear commercial insight and influence senior leadership teams.
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to design and implement practical solutions.
