Manager, Procurement Systems & Process Excellence (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the design, standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of end-to-end procurement processes.
• Own procurement platforms such as SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or similar systems, serving as the business process owner and liaison with IT.
• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, testing, and process documentation across sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, and transactional execution.
• Drive automation using Power Platform, workflow engines, and low-code tools to reduce manual effort and errors.
• Partner with procurement, finance, legal, IT, and external providers on digital transformation and change initiatives.
• Support adoption of AI-enabled procurement technologies, contract lifecycle management, and supplier risk solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, information systems, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in procurement operations, process excellence, or procurement systems.
• Experience managing end-to-end procurement processes and platforms in a global environment.
• Strong project management, leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of procurement software, ERP systems such as JDE or SAP, Coupa, system architecture, and integrations.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Platform, Power Apps, SharePoint, workflow automation, and strong Excel modeling.
• Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese language skills.
• Lean or continuous improvement experience.
