Global Procurement Trainee (AI)

What you will do

• Support sourcing and category management activities with analysis, supplier strategies, and best practices.
• Participate in supplier onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and monitoring.
• Develop procurement reports, analyses, and Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and identify improvements.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and suppliers on procurement processes and tools.
• Review processes and policies to identify efficiencies and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay digital transformation, including the design, testing, and implementation of AI agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Interest in digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Curiosity, organization, proactivity, a solution-oriented mindset, and an international outlook.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Automate or Power Apps.
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence in business processes.
• Academic or internship experience in data analysis, business processes, procurement, consulting, or digital transformation.
