EXO Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: Barcelona Hub, Spain; hirify.global’s omni-working policy allows remote work for up to 50% of the month.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of Third-Party Manufacturers and ensure finished goods are delivered to distribution centers on time and in full.
• Identify service and inventory risks, lead mitigation plans, and manage urgent supply issues.
• Manage MPS processes, exception messages, demand changes, and associated performance KPIs.
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics data, including Goods Receipt, Proof of Delivery, Advanced Shipping Notices, disposals, and blocked stock.
• Ensure SAP master data remains accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, DRP, Procurement, supply chain leaders, and external manufacturers to improve performance.

Requirements

• Experience in supply planning and a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence internal and external partners and respond effectively to changing priorities.
• Working knowledge of Excel and SAP.
• Comfort working collaboratively across functions in an international environment.

• Exposure to JDA and Power BI.
