Security Delivery Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: Farnborough, United Kingdom — onsite 5 days per week. Candidates must meet applicable UK Government and contractual personnel security and residency requirements and have the right to work in the United Kingdom; nationality requirements may apply for some roles.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the service security assurance regime, schedule, evidence framework, and reporting.
• Act as the primary contact for security accreditation matters and maintain registers of accreditation conditions, caveats, and risk acceptances.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures, including formal management of exceptions and deviations.
• Establish security risk governance, maintain the risk register, and present risk posture and treatment progress to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Manage compliance monitoring, assessments, remediation of findings, and internal and external security audits.
• Oversee defence security posture, personnel and physical security, and security incident and breach management across the service.

Requirements

• Senior security assurance and governance experience with accountability for service-level security posture.
• Experience supporting accreditation lifecycles, compliance assessments, audit evidence, and remediation processes.
• Ability to establish security risk frameworks, maintain risk registers, and communicate risk to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
• Knowledge of personnel security, physical and environmental security, incident and breach management, and defence security requirements.
• Eligibility to meet UK Government and contractual personnel security and residency requirements.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom; nationality requirements may apply where required by security obligations.
