Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the technical sales cycle from product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements through technical wins.
• Partner with Sales to develop and execute technical strategies for complex deals.
• Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-value engagements for prospective customers.
• Work with customer security and engineering teams to understand workflows and position the platform in DevSecOps and SDLC environments.
• Provide technical guidance, architecture recommendations, documentation, and objection handling.
• Represent the product at customer meetings, events, and conferences, including travel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience supporting complex technical sales cycles.
• Strong communication skills for engaging technical teams and executives.
• Ability to navigate technical objections, build customer trust, and provide solution-oriented guidance.
• Experience in cybersecurity is strongly advantageous.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Background in AppSec, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security.
• Computer Science, Engineering, or similar degree, or hands-on development experience.
• Experience with enterprise customers.
• Fluency in an additional European language, with German strongly preferred.
