Agile Product Owner Lead Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the Scrum Team backlog for the Policy Administration System, translating product strategy into executable backlog items.
• Partner with the Agile Product Manager to align product vision, roadmap, customer needs, business outcomes, and delivery commitments.
• Decompose features into user stories, lead refinement, and maintain Jira backlog quality through acceptance and completion.
• Lead PI planning cycles and collaborate with Scrum Masters, QA, UAT, developers, business experts, UX/UI, and Customer Experience teams.
• Monitor utilization, customer experience, delivery performance, quality, and predictability metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Balance business value, delivery speed, technical considerations, data, analytics, operations, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong English language skills required.
• Experience with Jira or an equivalent backlog management tool.
• Agile delivery experience or deep industry and business experience; SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification before or after hire.
• Healthcare experience is preferred, with strong technical and business skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, problem-solving, prioritization, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Technical competence in data analysis, data pipelines, APIs, machine learning, generative AI, or related regulation.
• Experience working with International Health stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
