Business Segment Lead (Health Insurance)

Location: Hybrid in Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to one of these locations.

What you will do

• Define the vision, priorities, and resource requirements for a French business segment.
• Build market and competitive intelligence through quantitative sizing and qualitative customer research.
• Develop the segment value proposition, pricing strategy, and product offering.
• Design renewal, expansion, distribution, sub-segment, and partner strategies.
• Own segment P&L, return on investment, and internal resource allocation.
• Partner with Product, Insurance, Sales, Marketing, and other segment leaders to align on long-term value creation.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience leading a business, product category, or business segment.
• Full professional proficiency in French.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to establish influence across multiple functions and work effectively with senior leadership.
• Strong data analysis, business judgment, product understanding, and strategic thinking in complex or uncertain situations.
• Generalist, self-starting approach with the ability to adapt quickly and work in the field when needed.
