Quality Control Product Line Manager (AI)

Location: Lyon, France; hybrid, with remote work up to 2 days per week

Salary: €90,400–€120,533 fixed salary over 12 months, plus variable compensation and short-term incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year digital product strategy for Quality Control across hirify.global’s global manufacturing network.
• Lead the lifecycle of QC digital products, including instrument core models, Lab Execution Systems, robotics, LIMS, and AI and analytics solutions.
• Set data architecture, integration, data-flow, and interoperability strategies with quality, engineering, manufacturing, data, and technology stakeholders.
• Own roadmap planning, resource allocation, OPEX/CAPEX budgets, KPI reporting, and ROI delivery for the QC product line.
• Drive global adoption, operational excellence, change management, and continuous improvement across QC communities.
• Build and develop a high-performing product team and represent the product line in senior governance forums and external industry ecosystems.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or MBA in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles with organizational impact.
• Experience leading digital products or platforms from concept through global adoption at scale.
• Deep expertise in Quality Control processes and systems, including LIMS, LES, QC robotics, and AI/ML applications in GMP, GCP, or GLP environments.
• Experience managing budgets of €5M+ and delivering measurable ROI, Agile product teams, service lines, SLAs, and continuous service improvement.
• English is the working language and is required for frequent international and cross-functional interactions.
