Senior Technology Lead

Location: Lisbon, Portugal — hybrid work model. Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered.

What you will do

• Lead complex technology projects and align delivery with strategic goals and technical best practices.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and innovative solutions.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and promote technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to deliver digital products.
• Drive agile methodologies and maintain timely, high-quality delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and recommendations for emerging tools and approaches.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles within the IT industry.
• Strong expertise in software architecture, cloud solutions, and microservices.
• Experience leading diverse international teams.
• Fluent English and French required.
• Strong understanding of modern development tools and enterprise frameworks.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union required.

Nice to have

• Project management certifications such as PMP or Agile/Scrum.
• Experience in European markets or international projects.
