TL;DR
Delivery Solution Architect (Hybrid Cloud, Infrastructure & AI Solutions): Designing and delivering end-to-end hybrid cloud and AI-enabled architectures for enterprise customers with an accent on private cloud, infrastructure integration, security, and business-aligned solution design. Focus on leading technical workshops, planning migrations across on-premises and cloud environments, optimizing infrastructure spend, and applying AI/ML architecture and MLOps principles.
Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement of 2 days per week from an HPE office. Successful Swedish security clearance is required, and Swedish language proficiency is required.

What you will do
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior and executive-level customer stakeholders.
- Design documented end-to-end architectures spanning on-premises infrastructure, cloud platforms, and services.
- Lead workshops to gather business, technical, and data requirements and develop responses to RFPs with sales teams.
- Provide guidance on platform adoption, infrastructure and cloud cost optimization, and HPE and partner portfolios.
- Support implementation efforts with attention to security, compliance, ethical AI principles, and best practices.
- Design migration plans for applications, data, and AI workloads and contribute to the technical community on emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, Cloud Architect, or Infrastructure Architect.
- Strong experience with hybrid cloud, IaaS, PaaS, DevOps, CI/CD, private cloud, and automation.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows, containers, Kubernetes, microservices, and IT infrastructure covering compute, storage, networking, and virtualization.
- Understanding of AI/ML architecture, including model training and inferencing, data pipelines, feature stores, and GPU-based workloads.
- Experience with solution architecture methodologies, MLOps, lifecycle management, ITIL/ITSM, and architecture frameworks.
- Fluent Swedish and English, plus eligibility to successfully undergo Swedish security clearance.
