Java Technical Lead

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and implement complex, business-critical software solutions.
• Lead technical decisions across software architecture, application integrations, and the software development lifecycle.
• Manage technical debt and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Produce technical documentation and support solution design activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and international teams using Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Up to 15 years of experience in software development, architecture, or technical leadership.
• Experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Lead, Senior Developer, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, application integrations, SDLC, Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with GDPR and its impact on application and solution design.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
