Senior Operations Specialist (Digital Transformation)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal — hybrid work model. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Lead and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement workflow improvements and automation.
• Analyze operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and support cost mitigation.
• Develop documentation and reporting procedures for operational metrics.
• Support change management through training and adoption of new processes.
• Coordinate stakeholders across global regions and drive the digitalization of administrative functions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in operations, process management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent English and good command of French, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of operational tools and enterprise platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital transformation projects or automation tools.
• Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Exposure to finance or technology industries and regulatory compliance.
