Assistant Relationship Manager - OKX SG (Crypto)

What you will do

• Prepare client briefs, meeting agendas, materials, logistics, and research for Relationship Managers.
• Support client onboarding and account maintenance, including documentation guidance and follow-up.
• Coordinate KYC and account-related requests with Operations and Compliance, checking submissions and escalating blockers.
• Maintain CRM records, action trackers, reporting, and visibility of client priorities.
• Support research, prospect follow-up, sales-process progression, and targeted outreach for high-value clients.
• Identify recurring service issues and improve workflows to strengthen follow-through and the client experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, crypto, wealth management, institutional sales, client servicing, or a related commercial environment.
• Experience supporting HNW/UHNW, family-office, institutional, or other sophisticated clients with complex account structures and time-sensitive instructions.
• Strong interest in crypto and financial markets, with the ability to develop product knowledge quickly.
• Strong ownership, follow-through, analytical ability, attention to detail, and client communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
