hirify.global develops and manufactures photonic, illumination, optical, detection, and imaging solutions for biomedical, semiconductor, industrial, consumer, scientific, security, and aerospace applications. The Kelheim site develops and produces high-performance camera systems for scientific research, industry, and automotive applications.

What you will do

• Partner with plant management and key functions on financial and business-related matters.
• Own controlling activities for the Kelheim site, including reporting, analysis, and business insights.
• Manage investment controlling and provide financial guidance for capital investment projects.
• Contribute to monthly and year-end closing activities, forecasts, and the site budgeting process.
• Support funding and grant-related projects and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
• Improve controlling tools, reporting processes, analytical capabilities, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Controlling.
• Several years of controlling experience in an international business environment.
• Experience in project and/or process management.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kelheim.
