What you will do

• Support monthly and quarterly reporting and operational business planning.
• Prepare financial and business analyses, reports, and presentations.
• Analyze and evaluate investments.
• Contribute to controlling and digitalization projects.
• Conduct market analyses and research economic developments.
• Support continuous improvements to controlling processes and systems and assist with day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Advanced studies in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Ideally, a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong interest in controlling, finance, and business topics.
• Analytical mindset, numerical aptitude, and a structured approach to work.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and a strong affinity for IT.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
