Principal Product Manager (Skywise)

Location: Toulouse Area, France; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the Blagnac office. Up to 20% domestic and international travel.

What you will do

• Own the Flight Ops Documentation Management product offer within the Flight Deck portfolio, covering FODM and Mission + Doc Manager.
• Define and maintain standard statements of work, offerability policies, and decision processes for complex deals.
• Lead business process reviews for complex airline deals, establishing requirements and assessing technical, functional, cultural, and implementation risks.
• Define technical contract statements of work and ensure customer value is delivered while minimizing customization impact.
• Support product delivery teams, priority airline projects, customer escalations, and advanced-item prioritization.
• Provide market insight for roadmap prioritization and contribute to industry presentations and white papers.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Airline Management or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in aviation training, an airline or service provider, or an OEM flight operations documentation environment.
• Operational knowledge of air-operator functions, including flight operations.
• Very good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to overcome roadblocks with a practical, can-do approach.
