Location: Lisbon/Amadora, Portugal; hybrid remote/office

What you will do
- Work with Microsoft Azure tenant technologies, including Entra, Intune, Microsoft 365 administration, Agent365, and Exchange Online.
- Plan project scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance to IT teams and project managers, aligning initiatives with business goals.
- Identify services, tooling, and processes that improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives while managing complex issues in global Microsoft tenant environments.
- Collaborate with IT leadership, cybersecurity, HR, project managers, and external service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with enterprise security processes and best practices.
- Experience with global Microsoft tenant projects, including Microsoft Entra Domain Services, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with enterprise DNS and DHCP technologies.
- Experience with on-premises and cloud Active Directory environments.
- Strong communication skills.
