Associate - Listings & Ecosystem Development (Web3 Crypto): Co-owning client relationships and supporting live deals within the cryptocurrency ecosystem, including preparing presentations, conducting market research, and developing new services for developers and early-stage startups with an accent on bridging the gap between internal stakeholders and external clients. Focus on driving client requests across multiple teams and being an expert in hirify.global's token management and DeFi products.

Location: We’re looking for candidates who can cover North/South America and European timezones.

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 USD base salary

What you will do

• Co-own client relationships, supporting the Head of Ecosystem.
• Support live deals by preparing presentations and proposals.
• Produce market research and analysis on the crypto ecosystem.
• Support the development of new services for developers and early-stage startups.
• Organize client relationships, including contracting, administrative tasks, and billing.
• Manage client requests, issues, and initiatives across multiple teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working in a client-facing role.
• 2+ years of experience in crypto.
• Passionate about cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.
• Deep understanding of the entire crypto ecosystem and trends in the market: L1, L2, DeFi, GameFi, DePIN, etc.
• Data-driven and analytical with the ability to translate data and trends into strategies.
• Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Established relationships with coin foundations, token projects, and Venture Capital firms.
• Prior experience working in a startup or working with startups.
• Knowledge of financial markets, custody, prime brokerage, lending, and/or trading is a plus.
