Salary: $107,000 - $216,000 per year.

Fidelity Digital Assets is developing a full-service enterprise-grade platform for digital assets.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with engineers across Fidelity to build a secure crypto yield generation platform.
  • Mentor engineers on best practices for software development.
  • Participate in engineering practices such as code and design reviews.
  • Build and deploy applications using continuous integration pipelines.
  • Work in both small agile teams and independently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering with RUST.
  • Hands-on experience with L1 & L2 blockchains like Ethereum and Polygon.
  • Experience building highly performant and low latency applications.
  • Proficient in databases and SQL.
