SAP Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP professional services projects from initiation through successful closure.
• Define project scope, governance, deliverables, success criteria, and stakeholder responsibilities with customers and delivery teams.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocation, budgets, forecasts, and milestones.
• Maintain commercial governance through forecasting, budget management, billing oversight, change management, and profitability tracking.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests while driving mitigation strategies.
• Build customer relationships through communication, status reporting, executive engagement, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Experience managing customer-facing professional services, SAP, cloud, infrastructure, or technology transformation projects.
• Strong project governance skills, including planning, risk and issue management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience managing project financials, budgeting, forecasting, commercial governance, and change management.
• Ability to balance customer satisfaction, commercial objectives, quality standards, and delivery outcomes.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
