Practice Marketing Project Manager

Location: Remote - Philippines

Salary: $7–$9 per hour

What you will do

• Set up and own project tracking and status reporting for top accounts, keeping timelines, deliverables, owners, and risks visible.
• Build and roll out standardized project plan templates for account onboarding and delivery.
• Improve delivery performance by reducing missed deadlines and late deliverables across top accounts.
• Establish a capacity planning process that gives leadership visibility into workload and account capacity.
• Provide data-backed recommendations to leadership and gradually take on part of the account workload independently.

Requirements

• Experience building project tracking systems, templating processes, or standardizing workflows adopted by others.
• Ability to hold marketing managers and clients accountable for timelines and deliverables without owning the strategic or client-facing relationship.
• Strong bias toward making status, risks, and ownership visible.
• Good judgment about when to escalate a risk and when to resolve it independently.
• Motivation to take ownership early and build scalable systems beyond basic calendar coordination.
• Must be based in the Philippines for this remote role.
