Sr Field Service Engineer (Probe Cards)

What you will do

• Install, set up, and qualify probe cards.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and corrective actions for repairs.
• Support preventive maintenance to maintain stable product performance.
• Assist with failure analysis and root cause identification alongside internal engineering teams.
• Support New Product Introduction activities and initial customer ramp.
• Document service activities and customer issues in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience, an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–10 years of probe card work experience preferred.
• Customer support experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• English reading and writing skills are required; strong English proficiency is preferred.
