Advisor, Field Services (Semiconductor Equipment)

What you will do

• Ship, install, set up, troubleshoot, and maintain solid source delivery cabinets and liquid delivery systems for multiple customers.
• Provide hardware replacement and software upgrade services in response to customer requests and improvement plans.
• Replace ampoules, canisters, and cylinders according to standard operating procedures, including leak checks and pressure monitoring.
• Conduct customer evaluations, respond quickly to complaints, and align service results with customer needs.
• Coordinate technical issue resolution with account teams, supply chain, business units, and R&D.
• Train customers and colleagues on relevant technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, materials, or chemical engineering.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to assess technical issues, perform repairs, and improve system functionality.
• Understanding of Material Safety Data Sheets when handling chemicals.
• Ability to work with customer equipment and follow procedures for leak checks, pressure monitoring, and component replacement.

Nice to have

• Experience with vacuum valves, pressure gauges, mass flow controllers, regulators, fittings, or switches.
• Experience with electrical controls, PLC modules, or relays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or MS Project.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
