Clinical Diabetes Specialist (Diabetes Care)

Location: St. Louis, MO; field-based position requiring residence in the specified geography

Annual base salary: $90,000–$100,000, plus an annual commission target for total annual earnings of $128,000–$138,000.

hirify.global is a medical technology startup developing diabetes management solutions, including the iLet Bionic Pancreas, a closed-loop insulin delivery system with autonomous insulin dosing.

What you will do

• Promote and provide clinical support for hirify.global products and services within the assigned territory.
• Manage and support the training journey for people with diabetes, healthcare professionals, and provider staff.
• Deliver product demonstrations, educational sessions, and train-the-trainer programs.
• Partner with the Territory Business Manager and Inside Sales Specialist to develop territory strategies and achieve goals.
• Maintain compliant communication and documentation in Salesforce.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers, integrated delivery networks, people with diabetes, and families.

Requirements

• RN or RD qualification.
• CDCES certification required.
• Acceptable licenses include APRN, NP, or PA.
• At least 3 years of diabetes experience.
• Must reside in the St. Louis, MO geography.
• Ability to travel, remain independently mobile, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively.

Nice to have

• 5 or more years of diabetes experience.
• Experience in the medical technology or healthcare industry.
