Team Lead - Accounts Payable (Night Shift)

Location: 6750 Building, Ayala, Makati City, Philippines; hybrid work model with remote work from home several days a week. The first six months require a rotation between day and night shifts.

What you will do

• Manage accounting services and accounts payable processes.
• Lead group and employee work in alignment with corporate and department objectives.
• Supervise individual contributors and manage operational processes.
• Build working relationships with the Senior AP Manager and the AP Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
• Proven experience supervising staff and managing processes.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Availability for a day and night shift rotation during the first six months.
