Senior Inventory Officer (Defence Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage codification and cataloguing for Defence equipment and system components.
• Process External Purchase Orders in MILIS to bring equipment into inventory and on charge.
• Coordinate equipment issues to Defence units through MILIS during capability introduction.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Logistics Support documentation and project data items.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, ILS Managers, Defence customers, and functional teams.
• Support Through Life Support, sustainment, inventory accuracy, and general project logistics activities.

Requirements

• Experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain, or Defence materiel management.
• Knowledge of Defence inventory systems, particularly MILIS, or similar platforms.
• Experience with codification, cataloguing, asset management, or logistics support.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, stakeholder engagement, and prioritisation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP ERP.
• Active NV1 Defence Security Clearance is mandatory; only candidates holding NV1 or above should apply.
