What you will do

• Complete a 24-month structured rotation program across supply chain and related functions.
• Process and manage customer orders for New Zealand from receipt through delivery confirmation.
• Maintain accurate supply chain data and support day-to-day operational data management.
• Build reports using company tools and AI-powered platforms to generate actionable insights.
• Support demand and replenishment planning, SAP-based supply chain processes, and 3PL operations.
• Track KPIs and help improve customer fulfilment and final-mile delivery performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or up to two years of professional work experience.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity about data, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills.
• Ownership, initiative, determination, accountability, and the ability to manage priorities are expected.
• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Nice to have

• Exposure to supply chain, logistics, operations, customer service, or data analysis through internships, part-time work, or university projects.
• Additional language skills.
